1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Global Ticket Events Ltd services, including but not limited to event hospitality, yacht charters, luxury villa rentals, luxury car rentals, and private plane charters (“Services”). By using or purchasing any of the Services, you agree to comply with these Terms.
2. Definitions
Client: The individual or entity making the booking and responsible for payment.
Service Provider: The company or third-party vendor providing the booked service.
Booking: The confirmed reservation of any of the Services.
3. Booking Process
3.1 Eligibility: Clients must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering binding contracts.
3.2 Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and confirmed only upon receipt of payment.
3.3 Pre-authorization and Completion Authorization: All bookings requiring high-value services must include a pre-authorization equivalent to 50% of the total booking value, processed at the time of confirmation. Final authorization must be completed no later than 7 days prior to the service date.

3.4 Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations for yacht charters, villa rentals, and private plane charters must be made at least 45 days before the service date to avoid forfeiting 75% of the total booking value.
Event hospitality and car rentals must be cancelled at least 30 days in advance to avoid forfeiting 50% of the total booking value.
No cancellations will be accepted less than 15 days before the service date, and no refunds will be issued.
Refund Policy:
Refunds will be provided in compliance with UK consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and any applicable regulations. The following refund terms apply:
Refunds for cancellations will be processed as per the cancellation policy outlined in Clause 3.4.
Refunds are limited to the amounts paid by the Client, excluding non-refundable deposits or service-specific fees as detailed in the booking confirmation.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of approval, provided all terms are satisfied.
In cases of service disruption due to circumstances outside the Client’s control (e.g., force majeure), the Client may request a refund or reschedule, subject to the Licensor’s review and discretion.
Refunds will not be issued for changes in Client preferences or failure to comply with contractual obligations.
4. Payments
4.1 Fees: Fees for each service will be outlined in the booking confirmation and must be paid in full prior to the commencement of the service.
4.2 Deposits: A refundable deposit may be required for some services (e.g., yacht charters, car rentals). Deposits will be returned subject to the condition of the rental post-inspection.
4.3 Methods of Payment: Payments can be made via credit card, debit card, or bank transfer.
4.4 Chargebacks and Payment Disputes:
Any payment disputes or chargebacks initiated by the Client without valid cause may result in immediate termination of this Agreement, and the Client will be liable for all associated fees incurred by Robot Vanoli Limited.
Clients agree to notify Robot Vanoli Limited within 3 business days of any billing errors or discrepancies.
5. Responsibilities of the Client
5.1 Proper Use: Clients must use the services in accordance with the laws of the country in which the services are provided and must not misuse or damage any property during the service.
5.2 Insurance: Clients are responsible for obtaining appropriate insurance for their use of any luxury services, including but not limited to yachts, villas, and vehicles.
5.3 Passports and Visas: Clients are responsible for ensuring that they have the correct documentation, including passports and visas, for any travel associated with the services.
6. Responsibilities of the Service Provider
6.1 Service Provision: Global Ticket Events Ltd guarantees that all services will be provided as described at the time of booking.
6.2 Liability: Global Ticket Events Ltd will not be liable for any loss or damage, direct or indirect, arising from the use of the services, except where the loss or damage is a direct result of the company’s negligence.
7. Force Majeure
Global Ticket Events Ltd will not be liable for any delays or failures in performing any of the services caused by events beyond the company’s reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, or government restrictions.
8. Amendments
Global Ticket Events Ltd reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Clients are advised to review these Terms regularly.
9. Governing Law
3.1 This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales, including provisions for consumer protection under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
3.2 Any disputes will be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Act 1996 before pursuing litigation.
9. Event Tickets
9.1 Order Finality: Once an order for event tickets is placed and paid for, it cannot be cancelled or refunded under any circumstances.
9.2 Resale Option: Upon the Client’s request, Global Ticket Events Ltd may attempt to resell unwanted tickets. If the tickets are successfully resold, the Client will receive a refund equal to the resale price less a 25% handling fee.
9.3 Ticket Responsibility:
Robot Vanoli Limited is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged tickets.
Replacement tickets will not be issued under any circumstances. Clients are advised to treat tickets as they would cash.
9.4 Consumer Protection Exemption: Clients should note that the right to cancel or “cooling-off period” provided under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 does not apply to the purchase of event tickets. By law, all ticket sales are final.
9.5 Force Majeure: If an event is cancelled or rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of Global Ticket Events Ltd (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions), ticket refunds or alternative arrangements will be at the sole discretion of the event organizer.
